Our latest feature, Email Ingestion, takes one more step towards reducing the time you spend on paperwork by automatically importing your supplier invoices for you. In fact, we’re one of the only job management platforms that do this by working closely with key trade suppliers.
So, what does this mean for you?
Simply put, invoices you receive from some of your favourite plumbing, electrical and trades suppliers will automatically appear in your Fergus account.
We’re officially getting rid of your manual invoice uploads from dozens of popular trades suppliers once and for all.
With this, you’ll be able to track real-time job profitability and speed up the time to invoice – without having to wait for invoices to come through to your email account, then download, upload, and reconcile. Simply put, this is a crucial tool to helping you get paid faster.

Here’s how it works:
Getting started is really easy. Simply head to the Fergus Integration Centre, where you’ll see our list of Standard Integrations using Email Ingestion technology.
From there, Fergus creates a unique email address for each supplier to send your invoices to. You can send this email address off to the supplier from inside the App.
Once processed by the supplier, your invoices will automatically appear under Supplier Docs in Fergus, where they can be reconciled in two clicks. If a job reference number is visible, it’ll be even faster!
