Fergus 60 Minute Setup Promotion
Get set up on Fergus as part of our 60 Minute Setup promotion, meet all set up criteria (listed below) get a $300AUD (for AU customers), $300NZD (for NZ customers) or £150GBP (for UK customers) gift card.
As part of this special offer customers (“you”, “your”) who sign-up to a subscription account with Fergus Software Limited (“Fergus”), via the 60 Minute Setup promotion will receive $300AUD (for AU customers), $300NZD (for NZ customers) or £150GBP (for UK customers) gift card in the first month following you paying your first invoice to Fergus. To receive the gift card, you must have:
1. Signed up to a Fergus customer account via the 60 Minute Setup promotion. Eligible for new accounts only.
2. Completed all the listed steps of the 60 Minute set up checklist.
3. Upgraded your subscription to a paid Fergus account and submitted credit card details for payment to Fergus.
4. Paid your first non-zero value invoice to Fergus.
The gift card will be distributed by email 5 working days after step 4 is completed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fergus and any of its related companies, employees and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage, claim, injury, cost or expense (including but not limited to loss of profits, direct loss, indirect or consequential loss) sustained in connection with this offer.
Fergus takes no responsibility for any misdirected, lost, incomplete, damaged, corrupted, incorrectly submitted information, or any human error, technical malfunctions, lost or delayed data transmission, computer or network failure, or any other interruption that may affect the conduct of this offer.
The Fergus 60 Minute Setup promotion applies for Accounts signed up under this promotion and upgraded to paid from 1 December 2021 to March 31 2022. Fergus reserves the right to change these dates at any time.
All other standard Fergus Terms of Service apply.
