In this video you learn about how you can configure SMS reminders to automatically follow up with your customers.

Hi everyone. Dylan here from the Fergus team In this video, I'm gonna show you how automatic SMS reminders work in Fergus.
To configure this feature, you'll need to be in the setting section of your Fergus account. Please note you will need to have enabled SMS before using this feature. If we select reminders from the left hand column, we can see the different sections available for customization. From the top, you can configure your quotes and estimates we can pick which contact we send an SMS to.
And what time prior to the start of the event, we are sending the reminder. The next section we can customise is the regular scheduled events again, like quotes and estimates, we can choose which contact we send this to and at what time? The last section is invoices.
Here we can send customers reminders about invoices using all or some select intervals. This section also allows email reminders to be sent. All messages will be sent to the billing contact. If you have one set up automatic SMS reminders, take the stress out of following up with your customers to keep them in the loop.
