Hi everyone. Dylan here from the Fergus team.
in this video. I'm gonna be showing you how the customer invoice report works in Fergus. To access this report, you'll need to select reports from the top of your Fergus account and then select customer invoice report. This report will show all invoices across a certain date range on the top. Right. You can search or download a CSV of the report.
On the left-hand side, we have a filter you can use to see invoices that have a particular status Along the same line. On the right-hand side, you can adjust the results based on whether the invoices are in your accounting system or not. And next to that, the date range from left to right in the table.
We have the job number, the customer, the site address, the invoice number, and invoice type. Whether the invoice has been sent or not. The status of the invoice total, including tax, the invoice date, the due date. You can view the invoice, and the last column will show if the invoice is synced with your accounting package.
If you click the heading of any of these columns, Fergus will filter the table to show you groups based on what you have selected here.
