Hi everyone. It's Dylan here from the Fergus team. In this video, I'll show you how to upload a CSV Price book into Fergus.

Jump it to settings and then select price books. From here, you can see any existing suppliers. If you haven't already, you'll need to create the supplier record using the add supplier button or else you can import them from your accounting system.

Once you have the record, you'll need a CSV copy of the price book to either drag to the section provided or choose files from your computer. Once you have the file in the system, you then need to select the supplier you are uploading to and a new window will open.

This part is important. Fergus now needs you to tell it what column belongs where. So you'll need to assign the product code, product, name and cost price as a minimum. But populating all the columns may help with your day to day use. Fergus will process this information, and depending on the size of the file, it can take up to an hour to complete. Once this is done, your prices will be updated. CSV price books.

Take the stress out of updating your prices so you can sleep easy, knowing you have accurate costs on your job.
