Automatic SMS Schedule Reminders | Fergus

Written by Dan Pollard | Apr-2023

A courtesy call to remind your customers what time you’ll arrive at their front door can be one of the first tasks to go out the window on a busy morning.

That’s why we’re introducing SMS Schedule Reminders - an easy, set-and-forget solution to let your customers know when you’re due to come by for a quote, estimate, site visit, routine maintenance job or any other scheduled appointment.

It works like this: Your customers will receive an SMS message detailing the date and time of their appointment and any other details you may wish to include. You can also choose how far in advance of the appointment you want your customers to receive the reminder SMS.

It’s a great way to give your customers a friendly heads-up that you’re on your way. They can then make sure they’ll be there to meet you, or they’ve left a key out, and all the necessary preparations have been made so you can get on with the job as soon as you get there.
