Watch this video to learn how to set up certification on your Fergus subscription and start creating digital certificates.

Hi everyone. It's Dylan here from the Fergus team. In this video, I'm gonna show you the certification add-on at this stage certification is only catered to New Zealand standards.
To enable certification, you will need to have access to the billing section of Fergus as there is a cost involved with using this feature. Once you've enabled this, you will need to select the certificate to open a menu showing who has access to this.
This is also where you can record licence numbers and types to automatically populate on the certificates themselves. The last step to setting up certification is from within the Fergus Mobile App. Here you will need to open the hamburger menu and select the settings at the bottom.
Once in settings, you'll need to select signature capture. Here, you can use your finger or a stylus to input a digital signature onto the certificates, Now that the admin side of things is done, you're ready to start creating certificates. You will notice a new section in the mobile app relating to certificates. depending on which one you select will depend on the fields you need to populate. all Fergus certificates are direct copies of the certificates used by the New Zealand Electrical and Gas authorities.
You simply need to type in the relevant information required and using the details earlier. We can populate the certificate. You can send certificates from Fergus and attach any files and photos to the email if you need to show the work carried out. Naturally, this saves a lot of time and means you don't have to keep a physical record of any certificates as they'll be stored in Fergus against the job they were created on.
