Hi everyone. It's still in here from the team. In this video, we're gonna look at the job summary.
The job summary is a section of each job that gives an overview of the job. To access this, you'll need to be in a job on the left hand side of the job card. Select Job Summary. at the top. Any notes for the job will be kept below this. The customer contact card and to the right, the site contact card. using the icons in each contact card, you can send a quick email. Send a quick SMS. View the location on the map, edit the contact or change to a different contact. Please note. If you edit the contact here, it will change the record everywhere it is present in Fergus further down, you can view additional contacts if needed. The next section is the job details. Here we start with the job description this can be edited from here. below. This is the customer order number.
Now. This is optional, so you don't have to fill it out every time. Next is the budget. You can populate this, and Fergus will give you a warning if you go over payment terms can be changed below this. You can assign a group below this, and lastly, you can see what pricing tier the customer has.
The next section after job details is site visits. This shows the status of each site. Visit which site visit it is the title, the description, the total cost, the total sell. And when this was created You can also create new site visits from here. If you like Below this is the variations listing out any jobs that are associated to this job as a variation. This shows what type of job the variation was. The status, the job number, the title and when that was created.
The job summary gives you the specifics of the jobs all in one place.
