Hi everyone. It's Dylan here from the Fergus team. In this video, I'm gonna show you the cost report in Fergus.
The cost report is part of every job card in Fergus. So I'll just open up a job and show you where you can find this from the left hand side menu under costing select cost report. Once you're in the cost report, you will see a list of all the costs that have been added to the job. This is useful if you have multiple site visits as it will list all the costs associated here.
From left to right, we have the following headings. Site visit, type name, quantity unit cost total cost unit price, total price mark up percent transaction date. The date it was entered and the status selecting one of these headings will filter the results by that type so you can see all costs associated to particular site visits.
For example, one thing to note here is that invoices to come will be listed here before they're reconciled. From here, you can filter the table to find particular records or download a CSV of the costs. If this needs to be shared as an external document. The cost report in Fergus keeps all your costs organised so you can see how much this is costing you at any given time.
