Manage multiple Fergus Customer accounts with one Partner account
Overview
The Fergus Partner Login enables Advisor Partners to efficiently manage, access and support their Customers using Fergus software through our newly created Partner account feature.
Now as a Fergus Advisor Partner, you may instantly switch between Fergus Customer accounts with one click.

Is there a charge/fee for Partners to have access to the Partner Login?
There is no charge/fee to have access to the Partner Login.

How can I access the Fergus Partner Login platform if I am not a Partner?
You will receive an invitation email from Fergus to set up a new Fergus account with an email username and password. You'll can then log into Fergus to use the Partner Login to switch between the Customer accounts you are connected with.
To gain access you must be a signed partner. Simply reach out to partnerships@fergus.com to submit your request or submit your enquiry by filling our the partner form here. -
How many of my Customers can I have access to? Is there a limit?
There is no limit to the number of Customer accounts you can connect with.

How do I sign in with my Partner Login?
To login, you can visit fergus.com and click on the login button in the top right or go directly to the Fergus login page.

How do I switch between Customer accounts?
After logging in, click on your profile icon in the upper right. Then, click on the current company section to access other Customer accounts that you are connected to.

What happens when I am added to a Fergus Customer account?
If you do not have a Fergus account already, you will receive an email invitation to set up your Fergus account with a login email and password.
If you have an existing Fergus account, please note that you will not receive an additional email after your account has now been connected with a new Fergus Customer account. After logging into Fergus with your Advisor account, you’ll be able to access the new connected account via the dropdown. -
What do see upon logging in when I only have one connected Fergus Customer account?
If you have one connected Customer account, you will see the Customer’s dashboard when logging in.
If you have multiple connected accounts, you will be logged into the account you last accessed before previously logging off.

What permissions do I have access to as a Partner?
As a Partner, you are granted the same permissions as a Full User and can access all areas of Fergus.

How do I get removed from a Fergus Customer account?
Customers can disconnect a Partner account. A Partner cannot remove its own connection with a Fergus Customer account.
If a Fergus Customer wants assistance with disconnecting an Advisor account, please have them reach out to the team via support@fergus.com or live chat on desktop.
