Hannah’s Story: The Tradie Wife Who Tried Them All

Hannah from King Spark Electrical has implemented just about every job management system out there. SimPro. AroFlo. Tradify. ServiceM8. So when her husband trialled ServiceM8 for his business, she wasn’t sold – and got him onto Fergus instead.

Supplier documents that link to jobs. She rates this as “premium” = and she’s built her own clever workaround for inventory off the back of it. Every month she creates a job, her guys use that job number as the PO at the supplier, then she pulls the supplier docs back into the job. It works.

The price-to-capability ratio. “By far the best value for money as far as capabilities for what you pay per month.”

Support that actually supports

It’s not just the software that keeps Hannah using Fergus.

“I’ve always found the chat function 10/10. The new AI bot is actually pretty good and it’s surprisingly good at getting me simple answers. But the human interaction in the chat with your team is also great and prompt.”
