Pay Summary Report

In this video, you'll see the pay summary report. This report looks at the times your team have entered and can help organise your payroll.

Hi, everyone. Dylan here from the Fergus team.

In this video, I'm gonna be showing you the pay summary report. The pay summary report relates to payroll for your Fergus employees.

To access the Pay Summary Report, select Reports from the top banner of your Fergus account and then click pay summary report. Once you have the screen, Fergus will show you a list of your employees over a week.

You can change this to a fortnight if you need to. And also adjust the date range on the far right. You can download a CSV of this report. or using the dropdown arrow. Download a payroll export if you are importing this into crystal payroll. Looking at each employee, you can lock time entries on the left-hand side on the far right.

You have the move to process button.

Selecting this will collapse the selected employees records and Fergus will show you the time period this was processed for. You can, however, mark this as unprocessed if needed. The pay summary report in Fergus helps assist with the payroll side of your business to keep everything running smoothly.
