Scheduling your team is quick and easy to manage with Fergus, this video demonstrates managing schedules and assigning jobs to maximise productivity.

Hi guys. Dan here from the Fergus team today, we're gonna be looking at scheduling and assigning staff. There are a couple of ways to do this and we'll show you both options.

The first place we're gonna do this is the calendar. When you open the calendar, you will have a list of unassigned jobs and a list of your employees on the left hand side, you can click and drag an unassigned job to schedule the user and for the desired time and date, This automatically assigns the selected employee and will notify them that the job is now assigned to them.

Don't forget, you can adjust the time by dragging the cell or double clicking the job to enter a start and finish time. The other way to assign and schedule is within a site visit in their job. Doing this from here allows you to just assign the employee if you want them to arrange the schedule with the customer and the schedule button will take you through to the calendar to schedule a job like we did in the previous example.

Scheduling with Fergus couldn't be easier, as you can clearly see where your team is scheduled to be at any given time.
