The partner offer will be available to Mico customers via  Mico channels including; store collateral and digital channels.

These Terms supplement and are additional to Fergus’ Terms of Service.  

Fergus may terminate, update, or modify these Terms from time to time in its sole discretion. All updates and modifications to these Terms will take effect upon being published on Fergus’ website. All updates and modifications will also be communicated via email to the email address on record at that time.  

Sign-up offer 

• As part of this special offer (“2024 Mico partner promotion”) members (“you”, “your”) who sign-up to a paid monthly subscription with Fergus Software Limited (“Fergus”), will receive a 30% discount off the first three months of your monthly subscription. These three months consist of a standard 14-day free trial (“Standard Trial”) with an additional three months use of your account. 

• The discount will be applied on the first three Fergus invoices (Fergus invoices monthly in arrears). 

• To be eligible for this offer, you must be a new customer, select a paid plan and enter your credit card details into your Fergus trial or expired trial account between 12.00am on 01 October and 11.59pm 31 December 2023 and use the promo code: MICO30

• Existing Fergus customers are not eligible for this offer.  

• All other standard Fergus Terms of Service apply to your Fergus Account connected to this promotion. 

• If this Agreement is terminated by Fergus following a material breach of this Agreement by you, no "sign-up offer" will be payable following that material breach.  

• This offer expires 1st June 2024.   

• This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other current Fergus promotion.
