Watch this video to learn how queries work in Fergus, how to add to a query as well as resolving and what happens when you do so.
Transcript
Hi everyone. It's Dylan here from the Fergus team. In this video, I'm gonna be showing you how to use queries in Fergus. Queries are useful if one of your team or your customers has a question on something related to the site, visit or invoice. it's easy to add queries as it displays as a red flag.
Once you select this, you'll need to enter a description of the query before lodging it. Once a query has been attached, there will be a yellow box added to the top of the page to get the attention of anyone on that page. If you use the at tag, you can have this.
Notify a team member that it directly relates to. From here, you can start a thread to ask any follow up questions or add information to the query. You can also use the Blue Resolve query button on the top, right, Please note. Once a query has been resolved, it will be moved to the notes and history section of the job itself.
Thanks for taking the time to watch our video. If you have any questions, please get in touch via support@fergus.com.
We just need to grab some basic information to help us personalise Fergus for you.
