Fergus and Retention Track both integrate with Xero. When Fergus creates invoices for retentions, a portion of the invoice should be allocated to a retentions account in Xero, and not the sales account.

Retention Track will integrate with Xero, pick up this retention money and allocate it against a retention contract - ensuring you're not paying Tax on the retention value and that the money is collected as soon as available.
