Our tips to stay on track with your 2024 goals

Be clear

Rather than saying "I want more money", go over your budget to understand what money will get you, and how much is enough. Realistic goals are more tangible and achievable - making it more likely that you'll reach it. 

Work smarter

Think about what tools can be used to help you support your goals. If you're wanting to get more free time, explore tools that help to streamline your work, like job management software.

Check in 

Take stock regularly of how you're tracking to your goal. Set up monthly reminders to remind you to sit down and take stock of your progress. Check how you're tracking to goal and if you're not quite there you can take action quickly to reach it next month. 

Data driven decisions

If your goal is finance based, make sure you've got the right tool to help you understand your financial position. Financial reporting tools will give you oversight over your profit and loss so you can make sure every job is profitable.

Visualise the end goal

Take a note from the top sportspeople and imagine yourself achieving your goal. This reduces anxiety and builds confidence - increasing your chances of  reaching your end goal.
